What are your Hours?

We are opened 9AM-5PM Monday - Saturday

When will my product ship?

All items are made to order and ship within 7 - 15 business days. Custom exclusive items ships within 10-21 business days.  During holiday rush times this is subject to change. Most orders are received within 1-3 business days of ordering. Please remember these items are handmade and do require a little time to create.

For Keychains and Charms: Turnaround time for orders is 12-15 business days

We are not responsible for delays with USPS, you are provided tracking details with each order.
